Refund policy

We hope you love what you ordered — but if something isn't right, here is exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work at BY AMRILA.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Because our products are cosmetics, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, swatched or used cannot be returned or exchanged — this protects every customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees for that item.

How to start a return

Email info@byamrila.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will confirm the return and send you the return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before receiving our confirmation.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different shade? The fastest way is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, mention it in your email and we will arrange it where stock allows.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund was approved but hasn't appeared after 14 business days, check with your bank or card provider first — processing times vary. Still nothing? Contact us at info@byamrila.com and we will chase it for you.
