Shipping policy

We want your BY AMRILA order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is how our shipping works.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the GCC (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman).

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. During launches, sales or public holidays this can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Within Saudi Arabia, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. Deliveries to the rest of the GCC usually take 4–8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers can face delays that are outside our control.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free on orders over SAR 199. For smaller orders, the exact shipping fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs and duties (GCC orders)

Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — the carrier will use them to reach you. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
