Welcome to BY AMRILA. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from our online store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Our store

BY AMRILA sells cosmetics and beauty products online. We ship from Saudi Arabia and all prices on the site are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Products and shades

We do our best to display our products and their shades as accurately as possible. Colours can appear differently depending on your screen settings, so small differences between the photos on the site and the product you receive are not a defect. Product formulations, packaging and shade ranges may change from time to time.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and hand it to the shipping carrier. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is collected at checkout through the secure payment methods shown on the site. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping fees, and your return and refund rights are described in our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the BY AMRILA name and logo, product photography, campaign imagery, text and design — belongs to BY AMRILA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using it in any way that breaks the law.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Please always read product labels and ingredient lists before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts and authorities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
